THE SPACE
This private lower-level suite gives you exclusive use of the home during your stay — a private bedroom with door and queen bed, a living area with queen bed, TV, recliner sofa, and private refrigerator, plus a private full bathroom and dedicated workspace.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ
The owner will NOT be on the property at any point during your stay. You will have exclusive use of the home: no shared spaces, no shared entryways, no other guests. You enter with your own keypad code for the main front door and take the interior stairs directly down to your suite. You are also welcome to use the microwave in the first-floor living room to warm up food. The upper level is the owner's private quarters and is off-limits to guests as a house rule — no one will be up there during your visit.

GUEST ACCESS
- Private bedroom (basement level): queen bed, blackout shades, full-sized closet with hangers, luggage rack, and shelving
- Living area (basement level): queen bed, television, recliner sofa, private refrigerator
- Private full bathroom (basement level): walk-in shower with high-pressure head
- First-floor living room: microwave for warming food
- Upper level: off-limits to guests (owner's private quarters; unoccupied during your stay)

CHECK-IN: Self check-in anytime with your own keypad code.
PARKING: Free driveway or street parking directly in front of the home.
HOUSE RULES: No smoking/vaping inside or near entryways. Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
