THE SPACE

You'll find 5 beautiful bedrooms throughout this home, each with their own TV. On the first floor is the most fun bedroom of them all: two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total), a SLIDE, and air hockey.

Upstairs are the 4 remaining bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king bed, private attached balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a king bed as well, while the fourth bedroom has a queen. The fifth bedroom has a queen-over-full trundle bed.

There are 3 full bathrooms in this home, each with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. One bathroom is downstairs, located right off the hallway that connects the living room to the game rooms. Upstairs, the second bathroom is connected to the master bedroom, while the third bathroom is accessible from the upstairs hallway.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

Pet Policy: We do allow dogs, we just ask that you kindly ask that you pick up after them and don't allow them to chew on the furniture. Maximum of 2 dogs (vaccination records required).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cooking oil/spray, salt/pepper, coffee beans/k pods.
