**Cozy Holiday Home in North Holland with Garden, Terrace, Pool Access & Close to the Beach**

Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday home in North Holland. It is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family, as a couple, or with friends. The house is located in a family-friendly holiday park and combines peace and quiet, nature, and proximity to the Dutch coast with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Our holiday home is regularly offered for up to **4 guests** and provides a pleasant, practical, and cozy layout. The house has two separate bedrooms with doors that can be closed, blackout blinds, and a travel cot for children. There is also a bathroom with shower, a living room, a storage room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.

The kitchen is very well equipped and offers everything you need for everyday life or enjoyable evenings cooking together, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and the usual kitchen utensils. A high chair for children is also available.

In addition, the house provides **Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a vacuum cleaner**.

A special extra is the **open mezzanine**, which can be reached via a staircase. A sofa bed will be available there and can be used as an additional sleeping area if needed. Please note that the mezzanine is **not an enclosed bedroom**, but an open space. For this reason, we generally advertise the house for a maximum of 4 guests.

If you would nevertheless like to stay with one or two additional guests and use the sleeping area on the mezzanine, this is possible by prior arrangement. In this case, please let us know in writing before booking or before arrival. This also applies, for example, if you are travelling with 4 adults plus children who would sleep in one of the bedrooms or on the mezzanine. We simply ask that you let us know in advance how many people will actually be staying so that we can prepare everything accordingly.

There is also plenty of space to relax outdoors. The house has a **terrace and a garden**, where you can enjoy relaxing hours, have meals together, or unwind at the end of the day. There is a **private parking space directly in front of the house**, with enough room for one car.

The holiday park itself also offers lovely amenities for both adults and children. There is a **children's playground, a small harbor, and an outdoor swimming pool**, which can be accessed with an access card. The location is also ideal for fishing enthusiasts, as there are good fishing opportunities both within and around the holiday park.

The location is another major advantage. The **beach can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car**, making spontaneous trips to the sea easy and convenient. Shops and charming places in the surrounding area are also within easy reach. The charming city of **Alkmaar is only about 30 minutes away** and is perfect for a day trip, shopping, sightseeing, or enjoying a meal at one of the local restaurants.

### Important information about bed linen and towels

Please note that **towels and bed linen** (fitted sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers) must be brought by guests themselves. Thank you for your understanding.

* **Upper bed:** either 2 fitted sheets measuring 90 × 200 cm or 1 fitted sheet measuring 180 × 200 cm
* **Lower bed:** 1 fitted sheet measuring 180 × 200 cm

### Important: No smoking

Please note once again that **smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire holiday home**. Smoking is of course permitted outdoors. Please make sure to dispose of all cigarette butts properly.

In the event of excessive soiling or damage caused by smoking, additional costs may be charged for professional cleaning or renovation.

### No accommodation for workers

Rentals to **contract workers, seasonal workers, or for temporary accommodation of employees/workers are expressly excluded**.
