A family-run rental, not a property management company — we ski and snowboard Winter Park ourselves, and we love sharing this place with other families and ski groups.

WHY THIS ONE'S DIFFERENT
Most Beaver Village units come with bare-bones kitchens and send you to the clubhouse basement to do laundry. This one doesn't. You get a real kitchen — stainless steel pots and pans (no Teflon), a stocked spice rack, and a blender — so you can actually cook here instead of eating out every night. The washer and dryer are inside the unit, not shared. And there's no carpet anywhere: hardwood-style flooring throughout, no worn-in carpet in the bedrooms.

THE SPACE
Second-floor condo, middle unit, no elevator (16 steps up). Sleeps up to 8 across two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a pull-out couch in the living room:

Primary bedroom: king bed with its own en suite bathroom
Second bedroom: a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed with its own en suite bathroom
Living room: gas fireplace and a pull-out couch
Back patio with views of the aspens and mountains

No air conditioning. A pack-and-play is available at no extra charge — just let us know ahead of time.

BUILDING & COMPLEX AMENITIES
Beaver Village's shared amenities are yours to use: a large clubhouse pool, two hot tubs, and a sauna, plus on-site ski storage with racks so gear doesn't have to live in the condo. Pool towels are provided at the clubhouse.

October: 9:00 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
November 1–14: 9:00 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
November 15–30: 9:00 a.m.–8:45 p.m.
December: 9:00 a.m.–9:45 p.m.

PARKING & ACCESS
Open parking directly in front of the condo. Entry is by door code, sent before your check-in.

LOCATION
It's an 8-minute walk into downtown Winter Park — cut down through the aspens and lodgepole pines toward the clubhouse and you're straight into town, close enough for Charlie's Frozen Treat Shop and the Hideaway Park playground without loading everyone into the car. Bike and hiking trails start right outside the door. The free Yellow Line shuttle stop serving this building gets you to Winter Park Resort in about 9 minutes (pickup times vary by season — the ride itself doesn't).

GOOD FOR
Families and ski groups who want to cook their own meals and come back to real space, not a hotel room. This is the space we like coming back to after a long day of adventures.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking or vaping anywhere, including the patio. No pets. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guests must follow the Beaver Village Condominium Association Rules and Regulations, posted in the unit. Maximum 9 overnight guests.

We're available by phone during normal hours for any questions, and if something comes up after hours, call or text and we'll get back to you. When you're not on the mountain, we're big fans of Moon Frog Coffee, Rudi's Deli, and The Ditch on 40 — happy to point you toward more of our favorites.
