The main house features a kitchen and living room combined in an open and sociable layout, with a large, comfortable sofa bed and a lovely dining area. There is direct access to a terrace with outdoor seating running along the house and towards the entrance. The comfortable bedroom features a double bed. The stylish bathroom has a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. The guest cottage is located behind the main house, next to the owner’s house. Here, guests can sleep comfortably in a single bed and a bunk bed. The property has a large, lush garden, perfect for play, as well as a wonderful spacious terrace – ideal for enjoyable dinners and relaxing moments in the sunshine, accompanied by the sound of birdsong in the background. An electric vehicle charging point is available upon request from the owner and at an additional charge. Dogs are also welcome. The property enjoys a fantastic location, close to local attractions, the sea and activities for both adults and children. Central Norrtälje, with its many restaurants and shops, is also within easy reach. Central Stockholm is likewise conveniently accessible for a day trip if you are looking for a little more city life.
