Comfortable outdoor furniture, a dining table for up to 6 guests, sun loungers, a gas grill, and a cozy fire pit with seating make the outdoor area ideal for both relaxing days and memorable evenings.
Inside, the home features three beautifully furnished bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and two with queen-size beds. The spacious master bedroom offers a brand-new en-suite bathroom with a very large walk-in shower and a bathtub.
The modern, brand-new kitchen is fully equipped and features a convenient pass-through window to the covered lanai. It opens directly to the living and dining areas, creating a bright and welcoming space where everyone can enjoy time together.
The entire home features beautiful, easy-care tile flooring and has been thoughtfully furnished to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Starter Package

Upon arrival, we provide you with a starter package including:

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Small hand soap in each bathroom
One small bottle of disinfectant
Dishwashing liquid and several dishwasher tablets
Fresh dishcloths and sponges/brushes, as well as sufficient kitchen towels
Occupancy

The rental rate is based on an occupancy of up to 4 guests. Each additional guest will be charged at the applicable rate. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge.

Electricity

Electricity is charged at $0.16 + tax per kilowatt-hour (kWh). The electricity meter reading will be documented by photo upon arrival and departure.

Check-in / Check-out

If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without prior cancellation, we will charge a $50 fee for the additional work involved.

For insurance reasons, we do not rent out boats, bicycles, or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options in the area, and our local team will be happy to assist you with recommendations.
