The home is located on a quiet residential street surrounded by single-family homes in western Lake Havasu City.
Within a 5 to 15-minute drive, you’ll find:
• London Bridge and the English Village
• Lake Havasu beaches, waterfront parks, and marinas
• Boat launches and rental companies
• Grocery stores and restaurants
• Downtown shopping and entertainment
The neighborhood has flat desert terrain that is easy to explore on foot, but a vehicle is recommended for reaching Lake Havasu’s main attractions.
🚗 Getting Around
A car is the easiest and most practical way to explore Lake Havasu City. The home offers convenient access to AZ-95, Lake Havasu Boulevard, and local roads.
🅿️ Please note: Street parking is not permitted. Guests must use the designated driveway or garage parking.
Other transportation options include:
• Local transit and demand-response services
• Havasu Mobility and Mohave County transportation for qualifying senior and ADA riders
• Limited regional shuttle service to Las Vegas
• Rideshare and taxi services
Rideshare and taxi availability can be limited, especially during peak season, so plan pickups in advance.
Bicycles are convenient for some shorter trips. Lake Havasu’s desert heat can be intense, so always carry water and use sun protection.
POOL HEATING AND CHILLING
💦 Prefer warmer or cooler pool water? Optional heating or chilling is available for $50 per day.
📅 For winter heating, request service at least three days before arrival.
✅ Service must be requested, approved, and paid for before arrival.
Water temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Weather, wind, outdoor temperatures, and equipment capacity affect the temperature.
The host manages all pool settings. Please leave adjustments to us and do not adjust or tamper with pool equipment.
PARKING
🚗 Bring up to four motor vehicles, including cars, trucks, and RVs. Boats and trailers do not count toward this limit.
🅿️ All vehicles, boats, trailers, and recreational equipment must fit completely inside the garages or on the private driveway.
Street and side-yard parking are not permitted. The RV garage is not pull-through.
NO-PET PROPERTY
🐾 Pets are not permitted due to severe allergies. Service animals are handled according to applicable law and Airbnb policy.

📹 Four exterior Ring cameras are used for security. They remain active during reservations and record video and audio when motion is detected.
