Welcome to Molino de Agua 209, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condominium in the heart of Puerto Vallarta.

Located in the prestigious Residencias Molino de Agua, this spacious residence offers spectacular views of the Rio Cuale, the Malecon, the Cathedral, and the Sierra Madre Mountains. With direct beach access and a prime location within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, boutiques, galleries, and nightlife, this is an ideal home base for experiencing Puerto Vallarta.

THE LIVING ROOM

The spacious living room is designed for relaxing and spending time together. Comfortable seating provides plenty of room for everyone to gather, while large windows and the open layout allow you to enjoy the beautiful Puerto Vallarta surroundings.

From the living area, you can step out onto the balcony and take in the views of the beach, river, and mountains.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area features a beautiful dining table with seating for 8 guests, making it a comfortable space for enjoying meals together, whether you are having breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying dinner at home.

THE KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for guests who enjoy cooking during their vacation. It features stainless steel appliances, a professional-grade range, dishwasher, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, barware, and cutlery.
Everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast, a casual lunch, or a full dinner is available for your convenience.

THE PRIMARY BEDROOM

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable and private retreat after a day of exploring Puerto Vallarta. It features a king sized bed, a private seating area, quality linens, and access to the beautiful views.
The primary bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, vessel sink and a Jetted tub overlooking the Sierra Madre Mountains.

BEDROOM 2

The second bedroom provides a comfortable and relaxing space for additional guests. It includes a king sized bed, quality linens, seating, and convenient access to the condominium’s amenities.

BEDROOM 3

The third bedroom is also comfortably furnished and provides a private space for guests traveling with family or friends. It includes a comfortable queen bed, quality linens, and its own seating area.

THE BATHROOMS

Molino de Agua 209 features three full bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy for everyone staying in the residence.

Each bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, vessel sink, quality bath towels and hair dryer.

THE BALCONIES & VIEWS

One of the highlights of Molino de Agua 209 is its beautiful outdoor space and spectacular views.
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the city come to life, relax in the afternoon with views of the Rio Cuale, or enjoy the lights of Puerto Vallarta in the evening.

Because the residence is located toward the quieter river end of the building, you can enjoy a greater sense of privacy while still having beautiful beach and city views.

THE BUILDING & POOL

Residencias Molino de Agua offers a spectacular beachfront setting with direct access to Los Muertos Beach.
Guests can enjoy the large infinity pool, relax in the hammocks, and take advantage of the beautiful common areas. The property provides a peaceful place to relax while being just steps from the energy of Puerto Vallarta.*******************************************
For the safety, health and well-being of all our guests, we will need emergency contact information for someone not traveling with you. In the event of illness or emergency we will contact your emergency contact on your behalf. This information will not be shared with anyone and will only used in the event of an emergency.****************** Additional Notes ***********************
CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. 
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone  (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
