This property is listed thrice as a 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom, but regardless of the number of rooms you choose, the villa is always rented exclusively to one group at a time, ensuring complete privacy. You will never have to share the property with other guests, no matter how many rooms you rent.

Located on Jolly Harbour, the villa is just a 3-minute drive away from shops, restaurants, sports facilities, beauty salons, the marina and the beach. South Beach is a 1-minute drive or a 3-minute walk away.
GUEST ACCESS
Your holiday starts the moment you land.
- Airport: We can arrange Airport pick-up for you upon request — the villa is located approximately 30 minutes from the airport.
- Arrival/Departure: We will be there to welcome you and walk you through the property, and for your checkout
- Car Rental: We recommend renting a car or golf cart to make getting around easy. We can assist you in organizing a car.
- Assistance/Concierge: We are available throughout your stay if you have any questions or need any assistance. We are also there to make reservations for you, from 8am to 8pm.
- Location: Jolly Harbour is just minutes away, with beaches, restaurants, supermarket, marina and activities nearby.
- Seclusion: The entire property is exclusively yours — pool, terraces, living areas, gardens and private sea access are never shared with other guests.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS (before booking)
LIVING WITH NATURE
Open-air living - As an open-air property, you will encounter some insects such as mosquitos, but we provide everything you need to stay comfortable (mosquito repellent, zappers, ...). The villa is fully surrounded by louvered doors and mosquito nets, offering natural ventilation, and while there is no air conditioning, the refreshing breeze and ceiling fans ensure a pleasant stay. Extra fans are also available if needed.
Property Layout - Due to the steep cobbled pathways connecting the different levels, the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. For safety reasons, the use of cars, golf carts, buggies or similar vehicles is strictly prohibited within the property itself.
Private sea access - Steps lead directly to a natural rocky shoreline for swimming and snorkeling. There is no private sandy beach.
Children - The property includes many areas that are not enclosed by safety barriers, including the swimming pool and certain elevated or sloped areas. Guests are therefore kindly asked to exercise particular care and ensure that children are supervised at all times. The safety and supervision of children remain the sole responsibility of the accompanying adults. For safety reasons, children, under the age of 13 are not allowed on the property.
LIVING IN THE CARIBBEAN
Island utilities - As idyllic as the Caribbean may be, occasional temporary interruptions to water or electricity can occur on the island, although these are uncommon and beyond our control. Should this happen during your stay, we will do everything we can to assist you and ensure that any issue is addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Open-air home - As with any tropical open-air home, please avoid leaving food uncovered at any time, as it can attract insects and wildlife.
We recommend looking through all the photos before booking, they're the best way to experience the villa's unique open-air layout and character.
