Whether visiting for work, relocating, or passing through, you’ll have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoy driveway parking for two cars and close proximity to Simpson Park Community Center, shopping, dining, parks, and hospitals.

Guests that have booked are confirming that they (the primary booker) and any guests that are part of the reservation, are aware and agree to the following rules outlined below, the rules listed under the house rules section, as well as any additional rules listed in the listing description/additional information section:
-$115 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.
-1 House trained dog allowed under 20lbs. If bigger or more than one please inquire before booking.
-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Driveway will accommodate two cars, cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-No loud music/parties/large gatherings/fights/disputes.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $50 fee per occurrence
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
