The Space
Welcome to A Cozy Gem in The Greens, a comfortable and thoughtfully prepared one-bedroom basement suite designed to give you a relaxing home base while visiting Regina.

The suite is located within our single-family home and is accessed through a shared entrance. Once downstairs, you’ll have your own comfortable living spaces to settle into and enjoy. Our family lives upstairs, so we’re conveniently nearby if you need assistance while still respecting your space and privacy throughout your stay.

Cozy Bedroom
Unwind in a welcoming bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-size bed with fresh linens and pillows. After a busy day of work, travel, or exploring Regina, it’s a peaceful place to recharge and enjoy a restful night.

Living & Relaxation Area
Make yourself comfortable in the cozy living area, whether you’re settling in for a quiet evening, catching up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or simply putting your feet up after a long day.

Dedicated Study & Work Space
Need to get some work done during your stay? A dedicated study space with a desk and chair provides a convenient spot for remote work, studying, checking emails, or planning your next day.

Complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.

Convenient Kitchenette
The kitchenette is designed for light meals, snacks and refreshments and includes:

Microwave
Mini-fridge
Coffee maker
Electric kettle
Toaster
Utensils

Please note that the kitchenette does not have a kitchen sink. We prefer to mention this clearly so guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee or tea, heat up a quick meal, keep drinks and snacks chilled, and enjoy the convenience of having these essentials right in your suite.

Private Bathroom

The suite includes a private bathroom with a hot shower, fresh towels and toiletries, giving you your own convenient space to refresh and get ready for the day.

A Home Within a Home
Because this is a basement suite within our family home, the main entrance into the house is shared with our family. We live upstairs with our children and are happy to assist if you need anything.

At the same time, we understand that guests value their personal space. Our goal is to offer you a welcoming stay where you can come and go comfortably and enjoy your time in Regina.

Whether you’re travelling for business, enjoying a couple’s getaway, visiting family and friends, or exploring the city on your own, A Cozy Gem in The Greens offers the comforts you need to settle in, recharge, and feel at home.
