Guest Access:

Entire space and everything noted in this listing is private and fully yours to enjoy. There is a guest studio on-site with its own separate entrance and fenced in backyard space. Despite having two rentals on the property, the two spaces are completely private and separate. The garage is used for shared laundry and supplies and is available upon request.



You will have dedicated parking on-site per check in instructions. Please do not park in the driveway as that is parking for the other unit on-site.



The Neighborhood:

Juniper Knolls is an adorable neighborhood with a mix of local residents and vacation homes. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and observe quiet hours 10pm-6am (no loud music, excessive noise, etc)



Getting Around:

Conveniently located right off of 89A, there are lots of restaurants and shopping just down the road so you could get by without a car, but there is so much to see and do in Sedona we highly recommend a car.



Other Things to Note:

Please understand we are close to undeveloped land. You might encounter wildlife while in our neighborhood and around are home including bobcats, javalinas, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, roaches, crickets, etc. We do spray for pests regularly around the home to reduce the incidence as much as possible. Javelinas especially are known to wander through the area. If you’re lucky enough to see one, please refrain from feeding them.



Our hot tub is serviced weekly on Sundays. If you are staying during these days our technician will be accessing the backyard during the day to balance chemicals, clean filter, etc



Trash and recycling will be near the garage. Blue lid is for recycle, black for trash.



We are right off of the main road in Sedona (89A), it is very convenient and although we do not back the main road, you will get some level of traffic noise when outside



Interaction with Guests:

As your host, I want to make sure you get the most out of your stay. I'm available for local recommendations or if any issues arise during your stay I'll want to know right away so we can make it right.
