The Space:

Located just a 3 - 5 minute walk from the public beach access, the home makes nearby coastal adventures possible while offering plenty of space and amenities to enjoy throughout your stay. On the top level, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen to prepare delicious meals. The comfortable living area provides a great place to relax and a dedicated workspace for anyone who has to work. The king bedroom on this level includes a private ensuite bathroom, giving you a quiet place to retreat at the end of the day.



On the mid level you will find 3 bedrooms featuring 2 twin beds, a queen bedroom, and a king bedroom with an ensuite bath. The ground level is home to 2 bunk beds and a game room with a billiards table, making this level a fun retreat for kids and adults alike. It also provides direct access to the outdoor amenities.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October** (unheated pool)

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
