We rent out our lovingly furnished holiday home 'Haus Sonnenschein' in the beautiful Marinapark in Walchum. The house offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a cozy living room with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and two outdoor seating areas, one of which is covered. Pets are allowed for a small extra fee. The house is designed for up to four people and provides everything you need for a relaxing stay in about 50 m².



Towels and bed linen are included in your stay. Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, coffee maker, and capsule machine (without capsules) are available for you. There is a parking space directly on the property. The fully fenced plot features a private garden with a barbecue. The step-free interior ensures comfort. Check-in is easy via self check-in. As a welcome, you will receive homemade jam.



If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place. Marinapark is located directly on the Ems River. The area is perfect for walks, bike tours, or simply unwinding. There is a bicycle storage area, and the beach is nearby. The North Sea and the Netherlands can be reached quickly. You will find many attractions in the area, such as the Meyer Werft shipyard or Dankern Castle.
