O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Welcome to your modern Miami retreat. This stylish three-bedroom, two-bathroom house sleeps up to 9 and places the best of the city within minutes: Wynwood (8 min), the Design District (12 min), Brickell (12 min), and Miami International Airport (10 min), with Downtown, Miami Beach, and the cruise port a short drive away.
THE HOME
Prepare meals in the full kitchen, unwind in the living room with the Smart TV, and stay productive at the dedicated workspace. Air conditioning keeps the home cool and comfortable, and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays effortless.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- Primary bedroom: king bed
- Second bedroom: queen bed
- Third bedroom: one double bed and one single bed
- Living room: sofa bed
Fresh linens and towels are provided, and both full bathrooms are stocked with soap and shampoo.
PARKING AND ARRIVAL
Enjoy private, gated parking for two vehicles, with additional street parking in front of the property when available. Self check-in by lockbox lets you arrive at your own pace, and a detailed house manual with Wi-Fi details, appliance guides, and local tips is ready when you walk in.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Allapattah is one of Miami's most vibrant up-and-coming neighborhoods, full of culture, color, and local flavor. Start the morning with fresh cafecito from a nearby Cuban bakery, explore the murals of Wynwood, then head to Little Havana, the Design District, or the Miami River for dinner and rooftop drinks.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo) are provided. For stays of 5 nights or more, guests restock as needed.
- Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Please include them in your booking.
- The home is close to the airport, so occasional airplane noise may occur.
- The house sits on a multi-family property. Your home is fully independent, with its own entrance and no shared indoor space.
- Exterior security cameras are installed for safety, with signage posted. There are no cameras inside the home.
- The garage keypad needs a firm inward push after you enter the code, and the shower faucets take a moment to learn. Full instructions are in the house manual.
- No smoking indoors, and no parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Miami has a tropical climate, so an occasional insect or lizard is a normal part of life here.
