The space
Tierra Fina is made up of two individual casitas, each with its own independent entrance and always booked together for up to four guests. Whether travelling as a couple, family or with friends, you’ll be the only guest party staying at Tierra Fina, with the privacy of two separate casitas and plenty of lovely spaces to come together.

The Vine Casita is spacious and open-plan, with a superking bed that can also be arranged as twins, a comfortable living area and TV. It also houses the fully equipped kitchen for the guest party, with induction hob, built-in oven and microwave, coffee machine and kettle, plus a small breakfast bar for two and an en-suite rain shower.

Outside, the Vine Casita has a wonderfully generous private terrace. One end sits beneath the vines with comfortable lounge seating, while the other has a cane-covered dining area with ceiling fan and a generous dining table with plenty of space for four — a lovely place to dine and spend time together.

The Jasmine Casita has a king-size sleigh bed, TV and characterful en-suite bathroom with a generous walk-in rain shower and traditional-style white rendered vanity. A mini-fridge, coffee machine and kettle are also provided — perfect for enjoying coffee, tea or a drink in the privacy of the casita or at the bistro table on its own entrance terrace.

Between the two casitas is a central terrace with a hot tub exclusively for guests’ use and a built-in seating area beneath the jasmine tree. With beautiful views across the surrounding countryside, it’s the perfect spot to unwind with a drink, soak in the hot tub and simply enjoy the setting.

Both casitas have air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Sonos sound systems, and are prepared with quality bed linen and towels, robes and slippers, toiletries and thoughtful touches to make settling in easy.

Guests also have use of the above-ground swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days. Relax on the sun loungers in the sunshine or beneath the shade of the olive trees while taking in the panoramic views. Wi-Fi reaches the pool area too, so you can enjoy your music while you relax.

Around Tierra Fina are further places to sit and unwind, including seating beneath the olive trees, giving you different spots from which to enjoy the surroundings throughout your stay. There’s also a small guest library of English-language books, along with a selection of games and playing cards — little extras to enjoy while relaxing around Tierra Fina.

We’ve tried to think of the little things too, with hairdryers and ironing facilities in both casitas, dedicated pool and hot-tub towels and outdoor drinkware, so you can simply settle in and enjoy your stay.

Guest access
Guests have full access to both the Vine and Jasmine Casitas, their private terraces, the central hot-tub terrace and the pool area, as well as seating and dining areas among the olive trees and sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the views. The swimming pool itself is available seasonally.

The two casitas are always booked together, so these facilities are for your party only and are never shared with other paying guests.

Guests are also welcome to explore the lowest tier of the property, home to fruit and olive trees and around 200 grapevines. This part of the grounds is reached via a natural slope from the olive grove above.

Tierra Fina is also home to Casa Maria, where your hosts live. Casa Maria and its private terrace are not part of the guest accommodation, so you can enjoy your own spaces and the grounds at your leisure.

Other things to note
Tierra Fina is set within extensive grounds with a number of different outdoor areas to enjoy. We’re continuing to enhance the outdoor spaces and are currently transforming parts of the grounds, with plans including an exciting new outdoor kitchen, dining and social area, as well as a future in-ground swimming pool. You may therefore notice some work in progress as these areas await their finishing touches. Our existing above-ground swimming pool remains available for guests to enjoy seasonally, along with dining and relaxing among the olive trees, the hot tub and private terraces, all set against the beautiful countryside views. There is no associated noise or disruption from the improvements.

Families with young children: Please be aware that Tierra Fina is not specifically set up or childproofed for babies and young children. The property is arranged over several raised terraces, some with low walls and traditional wooden railings with gaps. We do not have cots, high chairs or other baby equipment. Our two casitas are also separate buildings, approximately 20 metres apart, each with its own external entrance. Please consider whether the layout and facilities will be suitable for your family before booking.
