Outside, the private, fully fenced backyard has a patio, outdoor furniture and dining area, a BBQ grill and a kids' play area, all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Free parking is available on the property, plus a Level 2 Tesla EV charger ($35 per night). Central air conditioning and heating throughout.
