On the bedroom level, both bedrooms have a private bathroom. One has a king bed, the other a queen.

The third bedroom is a flex room on the entry level. Close the door and it is a private office with a desk and chair. A Peloton is ready for a quick workout. An air mattress turns it into sleeping space for two.

On the top level, the loft lounge has games and a smart TV. The private rooftop deck has a city view, seating for eight, and lights for the evening.

Please read before you book. A violation of these rules can result in a fee of $1,000 or more.

✔ Booking: Government ID is required after booking. You must be 21 or older to reserve. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
✔ Check-in and checkout: Check-in is 4 PM. Checkout is 11 AM. Late checkout is an option when the calendar allows, for $200. Please ask first. Leaving after 11 AM without approval also carries a $200 fee.
✔ Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests. Guests not on the reservation need approval first.
✔ No parties or events: This is a residential community. Noise, unruly behavior, and loud music will forfeit your reservation and may bring added fees.
✔ Quiet hours: 11 PM to 7 AM.
✔ No smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind, including hookah, inside the home, on the balcony, or on the rooftop. A $500 fee applies if smoking is identified. The home has a smoke sensor.
✔ Pets: Pets need approval before arrival. $350 one-time fee per pet. Vaccination records required. Restricted breeds: American Pit Bull Terriers, Pit Bull hybrids, Rottweilers, Chow-Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-dog hybrids, German Shepherds, and Malamutes.
✔ Parking: Park one car in the garage. Use the Design Center garage across the street or metered street parking for more cars. Do not block neighbors` garages.
✔ Trash: Place all trash in the garage bins. Pickup is Wednesday. Excess trash left inside or outside can bring fees up to $60.
✔ Cleanliness: Fees up to $250 may apply if the home is left in an unreasonable state.
✔ Items not returned: $300 for each item not returned, including the garage opener and the mailbox key if issued.
✔ Griddle: Used with host approval only.
✔ Peloton: Used at your own risk.
✔ Rooftop: Return the cushions to storage after use.
✔ Packages: Deliveries to the home are discouraged. Use a local Amazon Hub or mailbox store.
✔ Firearms and weapons are not allowed on the property.
