● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

Come on in to the main level and settle into a bright, open-concept layout where the living room, kitchen, and dining area flow easily together — the ideal setup for shared meals, morning coffee, and easy nights in with the crew. All three bedrooms live on this same level, giving the home a convenient single-floor feel. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom complete with both a tub and shower — a comfortable retreat for the grown-ups at the end of the day. The second bedroom offers a restful queen-sized bed, while the third is a kid-approved bunk room outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A shared full bathroom in the hallway rounds out the main floor. Down on the ground level, you`ll find a bonus full bathroom conveniently located near the tiki bar and laundry room — a genius setup for rinsing off after a day on the water without tracking sand or wet feet through the main house.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the canal. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
