BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The home offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms across two levels.

* Primary bedroom: Located upstairs, featuring a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
* Second upstairs bedroom: A comfortable additional bedroom with a bathroom nearby.
* Flexible third bedroom: Located on the main floor and designed to accommodate different needs. Choose twin bunk beds for children or a queen bed for adults. Please let us know your preferred setup before arrival.

The flexible bedroom arrangement makes this home convenient for families traveling with children, couples traveling together, visiting relatives, and small groups who appreciate having their own space.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA

The large living room features high vaulted ceilings and comfortable European-made furniture, creating a welcoming place to unwind after a busy day exploring Denver or working in the city.

Pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival. A $99 nonrefundable pet fee applies. Please supervise pets outdoors and clean up after them.

Move-out notice: A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required, as specified in the rental agreement.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside in the private patio areas only. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and garage.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Pool: The community swimming pool is seasonal and subject to community rules and operating dates.

Bedroom setup: Please request either twin bunk beds or a queen bed for the flexible third bedroom before arrival.
