If you are a baseball family accompanying your child to the weekly tournament in Cooperstown, we are located about 30-40 minutes from the Baseball HOF, or the Allstar Village or the Field of Dreams. Cooperstown offers a multitude of restaurants, art galleries, sports and water activities.

With a mixture of old world charm and modern luxury, the original hall, full of antiques and old world charm boasts cathedral ceiling, tall church windows and choir gallery with ample space. The hall has a TV area, card tables and games, a piano, an electric organ, and a myriad of books for every interest. The acoustics are exquisite.
From the hall you move into the beautifully decorated newer section, where there were class rooms are now renovated to a comfortable living room, a dining room with a magnificent table and a fully equipped state of the art kitchen.
There are 3 lovely bedrooms each with their own charm. One King and 2 Queen bedrooms offer ample space for your guests with a Queen size sofa bed in the library for that extra bed when needed.
There is a full, well appointed, high tech bathroom and a separate powder room.
The antiques and fine art give a luxurious feeling to the whole interior. Modern conveniences include WiFi boosters throughout, 2 flat screen TV’s and a good music center.
