Summary:

A private 3.5-hectare estate facing the Atlas Mountains, 25 minutes from Marrakech, welcoming guests for over 15 years. Up to 20 guests across the villa (6 en-suite bedrooms) and two independent bungalows. 20 × 7 m pool, floodlit tennis court, botanical and fruit garden, heating and air conditioning throughout. A team of four is included: a cook, two housekeepers and a caretaker. You choose the menus, we take care of the rest.



The Space:

The villa

Six high-end bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: four with a double bed, two with twin beds. At the heart of the house, a reception room of over 100 m² opens onto two patios, around a long table that brings everyone together and works just as well for group work. The dining room easily seats 18, and meals can also be served outside on the terrace or at the pool house. Several terraces, including a rooftop terrace facing the Atlas for breakfast and sunset.



The bungalows

Two independent Moroccan bungalows under traditional tented roofs: four beds each, private shower room, dressing room, air conditioning and heating. One has bunk beds and is the children's favourite hideaway.

Garden, pool and sport

3.5 hectares of olive trees, palm trees, bougainvillea and fruit trees, with the Atlas as a backdrop from everywhere on the estate. A 20 × 7 m pool facing the mountains (unheated; swimming stays pleasant into November), 12 sun loungers and a pool house, plus a second 5 × 5 m pool. An international-standard tennis court, floodlit for evening games, table tennis, a basketball court and, for those who keep up their routine, weights, an elliptical trainer and an exercise bike. On the lawn, a pergola with a summer kitchen and traditional bread oven for long lunches in the garden.



Guest Access:

The whole estate is yours alone: villa, bungalows, gardens, both pools, tennis court and sports areas. The team lives on site in separate quarters. They are discreet but always on hand.



Check-in from 10am, check-out at 4pm. Early arrival or late departure possible on request. If the team does the grocery shopping before you arrive, lunch can be served as soon as you've put your bags down.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is in the countryside, next to the village of Tameslohte, surrounded by rocky desert where you can set off on foot straight from the gate. Every Friday, 5 minutes away, the Tameslohte souk takes place: the real one, where people from the area do their shopping.

Getting Around:

We're in the countryside, so a car or driver is essential. Marrakech and the airport are 25 minutes away, and there's free parking on site.



We work with a trusted driver and car hire company for airport transfers, evenings in Marrakech and day trips, with a minibus for groups on request (subject to availability). As a guide, allow about €35 per car per trip; the price depends on dates, times and destination. We'll send you their contact details as soon as your booking is confirmed.



Other Things to Note:

Groceries

The cook's service is included; only the groceries are at your expense. If you like, the team will do a first shop at Carrefour before you arrive, so the house is ready when you walk through the gate. Allow about €500 for this first shop (as a guide), charged in addition to the rental, and the staff will give you the receipt. During your stay, simply arrange any further shopping with the cook. Wine and beer are available at Carrefour, and the Victoria Wines shop is 20 minutes away.



Good to know

· Heating and air conditioning throughout the villa and bungalows

· Maximum 20 guests on site, no exceptions

· Children welcome, no pets

· 42-inch TV in the living room that can display a presentation, plus a large JBL speaker

· Standard continental European sockets (UK guests need an adapter)

· A masseuse can come to the villa, booked the day before: massages, manicures, pedicures

· No shisha on the estate



Interaction with Guests:

A team of four looks after your stay, and their service is included in the price: a cook, two housekeepers and a caretaker. Abdulah, the caretaker, and his wife Fatima live on the estate and have worked at the villa for over ten years. Together with the housekeepers, they are your contacts on site. Nathalie, your host, lives in Paris and can be reached through Airbnb messaging before and during your stay.



The cook prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner every day if you wish, for up to 20 guests, and can adapt menus for children. Here's an example of what she usually prepares:

· Breakfast: Moroccan bread, Moroccan and French pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, jams, orange juice, tea and coffee

· Lunch: Moroccan salads, briouates, skewers or grilled chicken, vegetables, fruit or pastries

· Dinner: chicken or lamb tagine, couscous, pastilla, fish, vegetables and Moroccan dessert
