The home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — no shared areas.

Interested in more space?
The neighboring home (RiNo Villa, aka “Party Palace Jr.”) may be available as an add-on, creating a larger compound-style setup with additional amenities and hangout space.

Access to the neighboring property is not included by default and must be arranged in advance. If you’re interested, feel free to message us and we’ll walk you through the options.
