O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Coastal Breezes is a one of a kind rental on Bailey Island. It is the second oldest home on the island though you would never know it upon stepping inside. It has lovingly been restored and maintained through the years while at the same time keeping true to its roots.
This home has 4 bedrooms and one and a half baths and sits on almost half an acre. With thoughtful touches throughout, it offers ample space for small and large families alike. Its well-equipped kitchen makes cooking or enjoying take-out from one of the many local restaurants a breeze. Its multiple and large dining areas inside and out with seating for eight are perfect for that large lobster feast, catching up, or working on a puzzle. It is well stocked with books, games, and more for all ages. A large backyard, hammock, gas grill, small office area, full size washer and dryer, high speed fiber internet, Smart TVs with DirectTV, and two car garage complete this home away from home.
Let’s not forget about the ocean. Whether you step out the front or back door you are just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. You can see it from several of the windows in the house or enjoy it as you sit on the back deck. Take a few steps out the back door and you will come to the walking path to the Giant’s Stairs and its amazing views. This breathtaking coastal landmark was donated by the prior owner of this house (Captain William Henry Sinnett). Take a walk out the front door and down the road a little bit and you will come to Mackerel Cove. There you will find a working waterfront where you can watch lobster boats, buy fresh lobster, and see the most amazing sunsets. Several beaches and shops are a little further away on foot or minutes by car.
Please note: Fireplaces are not for use by renters. This home includes some original period details throughout, including some sloping floors which add charm but mentioning for those with mobility issues.
