We are always available for our guests, and the building’s concierge is on duty 24/7 for all residents.

IMPORTANT – BUILDING REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY FOR ALL RESERVATIONS)
This condominium building requires an approval from the association before any guest is allowed to check in. Approval is not automatic.

To start the approval process, guests must sign the rental agreement and submit all required documents through the application portal we provide after booking.

Required documents include (but may not be limited to):
• Passport or government-issued ID for each guest over 18
• Completed building application form
• Rental agreement (provided by us) signed by guests

The association reviews applications only on business days. The approval process takes a minimum of 48 hours after all documents are submitted. Applications are not reviewed on weekends or holidays, so please plan accordingly.

Check-in is only possible after the application is fully approved by the association.
If the application is not approved in time, the guest will not be allowed to check in, in accordance with building rules.

Mandatory building fees (paid directly to the association):
• $150 registration fee (per adult or per married couple)
• $25 per ID card
• $10 per car sticker (if bringing a car)

Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Check-out: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Any check-in or check-out outside these hours has a $150 extra charge.
