Enjoy a large open kitchen connected to the living and dining areas, a bar space, and two big tables for sharing meals together. The living room features a fireplace and Kachelofen, creating a cozy atmosphere after a day at the Christmas markets.



The gîte offers 4 flexible bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, a bathtub, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer.



Outside: garden, terrace, wood-fired pizza oven, pétanque court, and a large secure courtyard. Multiple vehicles can park for free on-site, with free parking next to the gîte, a covered carport, and an electric car charging station.



A bakery/grocery is just 50 m away. Shops in Soultzmatt are about 3 km away, and you can have meals delivered from a local caterer in Soultzmatt from Monday to Saturday late morning.



The Domaine is ideally located for exploring Alsace’s Christmas markets and picturesque villages: Colmar, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, and Ribeauvillé. Mountain resorts like Schnepfenried, Markstein, Gaschney, Lac Blanc, or La Bresse are nearby for day trips.



Need more space? The L'Écurie gîte, in the same courtyard, can host 6 to 8 additional guests, for up to 18 to 20 people on the Domaine depending on availability. L'Écurie has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and is accessible for guests with reduced mobility.



A warm wooden cellar is also available for convivial gatherings.
