The home has three king beds, two twin beds and a toddler bed. It comfortably accommodates up to six adults, plus children. Living areas include a main lounge and a second space suited to reading or remote work, with two dedicated workstations. The kitchen is stocked for everyday cooking and has a coffee bar. There is a washer and dryer, fenced yard, patio seating, a two-car garage and driveway parking.
A professional whole-home cleaning twice a month is included, so you do not need to arrange regular cleaners during your stay. This is clean only - no linen service. The monthly accommodation rate also includes water, gas, electricity, high-speed internet and lawn service. Our preference is no pets. An exception may be considered case by case with prior approval, subject to the rental agreement's pet requirements and an additional $500 per month pet fee if approved. Our home sits in one of Charleston’s best-kept secrets: a quiet, friendly micro-neighborhood in West Ashley that feels tucked away yet incredibly convenient. The street is not a cut-through, so the people you see walking or biking are neighbors who actually live here. It is a mix of young families and longtime residents from the original 1960s community, and the area has an easy, welcoming energy.
You are only a couple of minutes from Publix, with Harris Teeter and Whole Foods also close by. Second State Coffee, one of Charleston’s best local roasters, is right around the corner and an easy morning stop. Getting downtown is simple, with multiple route options that usually take about 12 to 15 minutes. The airport is about the same distance, and any of Charleston’s beaches are roughly 25 to 30 minutes away depending on traffic.
This is also a fantastic neighborhood for walking. The tree-lined streets are calm and safe, and nearby Hurtes Island Drive offers beautiful views of the marsh and Ashley River along with great bird and wildlife watching. It is the kind of area where families stroll after dinner and neighbors wave as you pass.
