Memorial Day weekend to November 1 we offer: High quality, comfortable outdoor furniture including 4 lounge chairs, Gas BBQ, 4 bicycles plus helmets and bike locks; 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards with kayak trolley and life-vests of various sizes; beach chairs, 8 beach towels and beach umbrella; a selection of lawn games and outside toys including corn hole. Front yard access to the South Lake Tahoe bike trail system; a 5 minute walk to the Tahoe Meadow trails and beaches with easy access to the water in the summer and snow shoeing or cross country skiing in the winter; 5 minute walk or 10 minute paddle board to Thursday night's free concerts with its fun wine and beer garden at El Dorado Beach. 10 minute drive to great hiking trails, Heavenly village and ski resort and all the Stateline Nevada casinos. 5 minute walk to the brand new City recreation center which has a beautiful pristine indoor pool including lap pool and a lazy river, as well as pickle ball, indoor rock climbing gym, basketball and many exercise classes. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware we have 4 adult bicycles and 4 adult bicycle helmets (2 large, 2 medium) for you to enjoy . If you have any children coming that might ride the adult bicycles, you must bring or rent your own children's (right size) bicycle helmets and/or other necessary safety gear while here. Similarly, we have 2 adult paddle-boards and 2 adult kayaks. If you intend to take your children on either of these, you will need to bring or obtain proper life vests and other necessary safety gear for their size.
