This two-bedroom apartment sits on a hill overlooking the River Avon and is a short walk from Troopers hill, Bristol’s nature reserve with stunning city views.



This is a ground floor apartment and has a private entrance and an open plan kitchen, dining area & living room, all with fantastic views. There are large windows and French doors leading to a private large rooftop terrace with a dining table & 4 chairs.



The living room has a comfortable deep sofa, with plenty of cushions, making it the perfect chill spot to sit back, chill & Netflix, or watch any apps available on the smart TV.



The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, 4 gas hobs, oven & Nespresso coffee machine!



There is a dining table which sits 4 guests, a comfy sofa and a sitting area to read, scroll, chat & relax with the far-reaching countryside views.



The bathroom has a sunken bath, heated flooring & is considered a wet room. There is a light up mirror and a heated towel rack.



The bedrooms have premium bed linen and towels, plus clothes storage in the fitted wardrobe in the back bedroom.
