The home has two floors: a main floor and a basement.
Main Floor
• The main entrance has 3 steps leading up to the door.
• Inside, you'll find:

• Stairs from the main floor lead down to the basement.

The basement includes:

• Additional living/usable space
• 1 bathroom

• Grassy area to the right of the home: Up to 2 additional vehicles
Maximum parking capacity: 5 vehicles.
Exterior Security Camera
For security purposes, there is 1 exterior camera located at the front of the home and facing the front of the property.

To help keep the home comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please note:
• No smoking
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• The person booking must be at least 21 years old
• Photo ID may be required at check-in
There is no cleaning fee. We simply ask that you please leave the property reasonably tidy and not excessively messy. A non-refundable $50 pet fee applies for guests traveling with pets.
