The apartment is ideal for patients of SIENA LASER EYE, as it is located 250 meters from the clinic (within walking distance, so there’s no need to drive) and is on the first floor.
The apartment is equipped with:

- Living room with a sleeper sofa and TV
- Fully equipped kitchen, separate from the living area, with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, wine glasses, and all necessary utensils
- Master bedroom with a double bed, closet with dresser and nightstands, sheets, and towels
- Small bedroom with two single beds and a closet with a dresser, sheets, and towels.
- Bathroom with a shower stall, complete bathroom fixtures, toilet paper, and soap
- Private garden, fully fenced and protected by tall hedges that ensure complete privacy, equipped for enjoying summer evenings outdoors, with a table and chairs for dining, small sofas, and a table for aperitifs.

The apartment is fully accessible, with a ground-floor entrance off the street, requiring no stairs. (There is only one step at the entrance).

- No pets allowed;
- Please turn off the lights and heat when you leave the apartment;
- The apartment will be handed over clean and equipped with linens (bathroom and bedroom);
- Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.
- Check-in must take place starting at 5:00 p.m.
- We will welcome you in person, and you must provide the necessary documents for registration.
- Additional bed and bath linens are available for €10.00 per person
- Within walking distance, you’ll find: A BAKERY, A CAFÉ, TOBACCO SHOP, PHARMACY, and all other useful services.
- A crib with bedding for a child is available at a cost of 15 euros for the entire duration of your stay, payable on site
- Tourist tax is payable on site in cash at check-in
