As you enter, you'll find a convenient downstairs bathroom with bathtub, before stepping into the generously sized living room. Although traditional in style, it has a cosy, homely feel with a large corner sofa, a comfortable two-seater sofa, and a dining table that's perfect for family meals, board games, or planning the next day's adventures.

Leading from the living room is a bright conservatory overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside. Filled with natural light throughout the day, it's a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee, curl up with a good book, or simply admire the beautiful views across the fields.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped with solid wooden cupboards, generous worktop space, and everything you'll need to prepare anything from leisurely breakfasts to hearty family dinners. A second dining table provides another sociable space where everyone can gather while meals are being prepared or enjoy breakfast before heading out to explore the island.

The property comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four bright and spacious bedrooms. There are three king-size bedrooms, each offering comfortable accommodation and plenty of storage, featuring large mirrors. The fourth bedroom has two comfortable single beds, making it ideal for children, teenagers, or friends sharing. A family bathroom serves all four bedrooms, while an additional cosy sitting room upstairs provides a peaceful retreat with beautiful views across the lake and surrounding countryside. It's the perfect spot to escape with a book, enjoy a quiet morning, or simply watch the changing light across the fields.

One of the home's greatest attractions is its wonderfully peaceful setting. The enclosed garden provides plenty of room for outdoor games, summer barbecues, or simply relaxing in the sunshine, while the surrounding countryside creates a real sense of privacy and tranquillity.
