Coming to Boulder for the 2027 Sundance Film Festival (Jan 21–31)? Skip the hotel scramble and settle into a colorful, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo for the whole winter. Arrive before the premieres, stay through the last screening, and keep going through March.

THE SPACE
About 1,100 sq. ft., furnished as a real home rather than a bare-bones rental. Modern art and original Colorado and Western photography give it warmth and personality, and updated bathrooms and flooring keep it fresh.

BEDROOMS
- Primary bedroom: queen bed, large walk-in closet, desk
- Second bedroom: full bed, walk-in closet, desk, TV
- Living room: full-size sleeper sofa for a visiting collaborator or friend

KITCHEN
Set up for someone who actually likes to cook: cookware, matching dishes, glassware and utensils, plus an Instant Pot, air fryer, microwave, blender, stand mixer, pizza oven, French press, spices and pantry basics.

LIVING & WORKING
- Large TV with streaming apps and a sectional sofa
- Two desks, so two people can work from home at once
- High-speed internet and all utilities included
- Linens and towels provided

OUTSIDE
- Private fenced patio with bistro table and bike storage
- Two dedicated parking spaces, which matters during festival week

- Boulder Creek path nearby for walking, running and biking

LOCATION
Near 30th Street and Colorado Avenue in Boulder's Wimbledon community. Cinemark Century Boulder, an official festival venue, is about a mile away. CU's Macky, Muenzinger and Roe Green theaters are a short bike or bus ride, and downtown is minutes by car. Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and the bus line are all close by.

THE STAY
- Available January 1 – March 31, 2027
- 90-night minimum (required by the HOA)
- No smoking or vaping
- A dog may be considered with prior approval; no cats
- Laundry is in a shared room on site, not in the unit
