Each home has a 2-car garage. Please note: larger vehicles such as a Ford F-150, Toyota Tundra, or full-size SUVs like the Ford Expedition will not fit in the garage — street parking is available for these.

Both homes have laundry rooms.

Our guests have complete access to the entire home.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AS THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME. YOU MAY SMOKE OUTSIDE AT LEAST 10FT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.

SMOKING VIOLATION ATTRACTS A $750 FINE.

FOR MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS, YOU MAY BE EVICTED FROM THE PROPERTY.

To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
