The Space:

Lovely, newly renovated 120 sq m Victorian house with classic style furniture and many modern details.



Our brightly lit 3-bedroom newly renovated house (new carpets, repainted, new furniture, new mattresses, and more) provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It's situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighborhood.



The 3-bedroom is a generous size and houses comfortable king-size beds in the middle floor rooms and two single beds on the top floor. Two of the bedrooms and living room have a sunrise light, and another bedroom and kitchen have beautiful afternoon sun. All bedrooms will definitely guarantee you a restful night of sleep with each room’s darkening curtains. Lastly, let us not forget to mention our spacious sun-soaked garden. This is a perfect area where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air & the smell of lavenders.



In the beautifully laid out living & dining area with a 55’ TV (Netflix), you will find a comfortable sofa (also possible to be used as the 4th bed) and a designer wood table (seating 8 people). The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. The living room offers books and table games for your free time.



The kitchen is on your left when you enter with an extra table & 2 chairs (if you’d like to have an early coffee and not wake up anyone ;)). The kitchen allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with spaces, oil, a toaster, a kettle, a French press, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine.



The house has a bathroom on each floor. The middle floor has a walk-in spacious shower. The top floor is a large bathroom with a bathtub. All bathrooms benefit from a big shower head. The ground-floor bathroom has a toilet and a small sink.



We have a foldable cot with a mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you.



Modern appliances throughout. Parking is available for as little as £8 per day. Free parking on the weekends and between 8:30 pm and 8 am.



As mentioned previously this house was fully renovated (not windows) in July 2023 with new furniture, new carpets, and newly equipped to your needs.

Located just 5 minutes away from Maryland Station on the Elizabeth Line, giving you quick and easy access to all areas of London.



You’ll easily reach the city centre in 15–25 minutes, including:

Liverpool Street

Tottenham Court Road

Stratford Shopping Centre

Canary Wharf

Greenwich

Tower Bridge

St. Paul’s



And many other great places to visit in central London! I will also provide you with a list of my favourite places to visit.



You can also walk around 15 minutes to Stratford Station, where you can access the Central Line, Jubilee Line, Overground and DLR.



Other Things to Note:

Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning)



Last minute booking - check in at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already)



We are happy to provide airport pick up and drop off for an additional price.



No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.



No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to know people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house)



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.



Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.

We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
