There is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both have city views.

The bathroom has fantastic tall ceilings, a bath and spacious walk-in shower.

The house is on quiet road in a friendly neighbourhood with fantastic pubs, grocery stores and eateries on your doorstep!



The Space:

As you walk into this beautiful home, there is a seperate living room with 2 comfortable sofas, a downstairs WC and a large open plan kitchen and dining area. This sociable room has lots of natural light from the big by-folding doors leading to a private patio and garden with sitting outside.



Upstairs there is a single twin bedroom with city views and a spacious double bedroom, next to the bathroom, which has an incredible high ceiling, a separate bath and walk in double shower.



The hosts home and has lots of unique art and beautiful decorative items which can be appreciated and looked after during your stay.



The home is fully stocked with all the household items for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole house, apart from 1 bedroom which is locked.

No smoking or vaping allowed in the property or in front of the house or car park (allowed in garden or street only) £200 penalty fine



There are plenty of great places to eat nearby! The Shakespeare and The Oxford are fantastic places to eat and have a drink. The Oxford pub is renowned for its great live bands and very friendly atmosphere. The Shakespeare pub often plays outside gentle music and hosts events throughout the week, such as pub quiz nights. The 'Shakky' as we like to call it, does a fabulous Sunday Roast dinner & an overall great menu.



There is also a lovely restaurant for breakfast called the Sundial, a fantastic bakery called The Bakehouse, a fresh grocery store called the Banana Boat and a Tescos. All on our doorstep! It truly is a prime location, a beautiful family home in a really friendly neighbourhood.



The house is a short 20 minutes walk into the centre or harbourside, or a 1 minute walk to the Bus stop & 5 minutes journey into Bristol centre or a trip out to Somerset.

Temple meads Train station is 10 minutes walk away, to access most parts of the UK.
