The home features a brand-new kitchen, new flooring, and a beautifully updated primary bathroom, along with newly furnished modern interiors throughout.

The main house offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Please note that the 4th bedroom and bathroom are part of a separate ADU and are accessed through the backyard, providing additional privacy.

There is also a separate guest house with an open playroom that can be used as an additional flexible living space, as well as a separate office - perfect for families, groups, or guests who need a dedicated workspace.

The highlight of the property is the huge private backyard, featuring a large pool, fireplace, outdoor seating, lounge chairs, and games. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing by the pool, gathering around the fire, or spending time with family and friends, there's plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.

Located in a beautiful Woodland Hills neighborhood, the home offers a convenient location for exploring Los Angeles. Head over the hill to Malibu and its beaches, or take the 101 toward Universal Studios, Hollywood, and other popular LA attractions.

Whether you're visiting for a family getaway, group trip, or extended Southern California stay, this home offers the space, comfort, and location to make your visit memorable.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Mailbox: Guests do not have mailbox access. Please leave a note asking delivery carriers not to place packages in the mailbox.

UTILITIES:
For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a non-refundable utilities fee is required and is due prior to check-in. This fee helps cover electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, trash, and other utility-related operating costs.

The utilities fee is based on seasonal usage and property size and ranges from $45–$65 per day (excluding pool heating). The exact amount will be determined based on the season and length of stay.
If you would like to add unlimited pool heating for the duration of your stay, the additional utility fee is $39-65 per day.

On-Demand Heating:
For guests who only wish to use the pool occasionally, on-demand heating may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange heating.

Pool Heating for SHORT TERM STAYS: $199 per day. Minimum: 3 days. All pool heating requests must be arranged and paid prior to use and are subject to availability and scheduling.
Please note that the pool requires approximately one full day to heat, so heating requests must be made in advance to ensure the pool is ready for your arrival. The pool heating fee is non-refundable, as we have to schedule and activate the heating system in advance.

POOL FENCE: The pool is normally provided unfenced and can be fenced upon request. If you would like a safety fence installed during your stay, an additional $150 installation fee applies. Please request the pool safety fence at least 48 hours before your arrival so we have enough time to arrange the installation. Shorter-notice requests are subject to availability.

Please Note: Our pool is professionally cleaned and serviced on a regular schedule. Because it is an outdoor pool, it is normal for a few leaves or small debris to fall into the water between cleanings, especially during windy weather. This does not mean the pool is dirty. We do our best to keep it in excellent condition so you can enjoy your stay.

BBQ:
BBQ grill is provided but it is the responsibility of the guest to provide propane. If you would like the propane to be provided, simply let your host know and that may be ordered and ready for you for an additional fee of $69/per tank. .

Pets:
This home is pet friendly and there is a $299 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.

Outdoor Bugs
It’s normal to occasionally see bugs outdoors, especially during warmer months. We have regular pest control service, but to help prevent bugs from entering the home, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use.

Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it. Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a great stay.
