This cottage is conveniently located near Middleton drive, Ocean Crest Pier, Island Way Restaurant, Beach Pantry convenience store, and Lonerider Brewery and restaurant. Short 5-10 minute drive to Food Lion, Lowes grocery and Publix.

This is a PET FRIENDLY and NON-SMOKING beachfront cottage.

Rental includes 4 Smart TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, books, W/D, HVAC, D/W, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Lower level storage has a variety of beach toys and supplies. Picnic table is in shaded area under the cottage.

Basic starter cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dish detergent provided.

Plenty of parking under house and in driveway for up to 5-6 cars.

Take a short 10-minute drive to The Point for one of the most scenic, wide-open, and peaceful areas on Oak Island. See incredible sunsets, watch for dolphins and boats, surf fish, or collect intact seashells, sand dollars, and enjoy exploring the sandbars (watch the tide, currents and undertow!)

Ocean Crest Pier, a short walk or 2-minute drive, is perfect for fishing and sightseeing. Seahorse Eats and Drinks offers a full-service tackle shop, rod rental, bait, basic snacks, beverages, souvenirs, and weekend entertainment. Island Way is the fine dining restaurant located next door with panoramic views of the water.

Oak Island Golf Club (open to public) and Duffer's Pub & Grill are a 15-20 minute drive. Oak Island Lighthouse & Caswell beach are a 25-30 minute drive.

Southport, a 30-minute drive, is a picturesque maritime town located at the intersection of the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway with stunning views of Bald Head Island and Oak Island lighthouses. Its scenic beauty has made it a popular filming location for numerous movies and TV shows. Southport offers deep military and pirate history, natural and architectural beauty, and a walkable area for shopping, dining, and the arts when you need a break from the beach or fishing.

Another fun day trip from Southport using a vehicle-and-passenger ferry is to Ft. Fisher (Pleasure Island) giving you direct road access to Kure Beach, Carolina Beach, Ft. Fisher State Historic Site and NC Aquarium.
