The Space:

The outdoor area is centered around a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery, deck chairs, and an outdoor shower. A BBQ area with a large dining table for 12 provides an inviting space for shared meals. Behind the residence, a children’s corner equipped with a slide and playhouse offers additional outdoor enjoyment.



The ground floor features a living area with a large dining table for 10 and a living room furnished with a corner sofa. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen fitted with modern appliances. One bedroom is located on this level and includes a walk-in closet, SAT-TV, and a separate bathroom.



Stairs lead to the first floor, where four additional bedrooms are situated. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while one bedroom contains two single beds. All bedrooms on this floor include en-suite bathrooms.



The home is fully air-conditioned and provides Wi-Fi throughout.

Guests have access to the private swimming pool, BBQ area, outdoor dining space, children’s play area, Wi-Fi, and on-site parking.

Parking is available on the property. For larger groups of up to 20 persons, an identical neighboring villa with a swimming pool is located next door.



Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. An €800 security deposit is required. Included services are tourist tax, villa manager, pool maintenance, baby cot and highchair, weekly change of bedlinen and towels, wi-fi, final cleaning, and parking.
