BRINGING A PET
We genuinely welcome pets. $75 per pet per stay covers the deeper clean after you leave. Add your pet to the reservation when you book.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Quiet residential street near hospitals, businesses, and main roads. Normal daytime city sounds. H-E-B, Whataburger, and a handful of taquerias within a 5-minute drive.

A NOTE ON COASTAL LIVING
Corpus Christi is on the coast. We have routine pest control on a schedule and the home is well-maintained, but humidity and proximity to the water mean the occasional bug is part of life down here. If anything bothers you during your stay, message us and we'll send someone out same-day.

GETTING IN
Check-in is from 3 PM. The smart lock code is sent the morning of your arrival. Early check-in is sometimes possible if no guest is checking out that day, just message us the day before.

A FEW HOUSE NOTES
• Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM
• No parties or events
• No smoking inside (outside is fine)
• Please clean up after your pet in the yard
• Keep the home roughly as you found it
