Here you'll find an old half-timbered house from the early 1800s in Aarsdale. The house stands out because it doesn't have a gable facing the sea, so the view follows you throughout the entire home. Here you'll find a soulful blend of preserved details, Danish design classics, and Bornholm ceramics.



The living room opens up to the ceiling, creating a spacious and bright atmosphere. The house invites you to enjoy leisurely days—to put on a record, cook, read, or simply savour the silence. Natural materials and cosy spaces set the stage for your stay.



The garden stretches along one side of the house, while the sea stretches out on the other. Right outside the window runs the Bornholm Coastal Trail, which follows the coastline all the way around the island through rocky landscapes, small coves, and salt marshes.



You can walk down to swim from the cliffs, which you can see both to the right and left of the house, or at the cosy harbour, where there’s also a beach. If you’d like to hike, you can follow the Coastal Trail toward Svaneke and Nexø, or take the Højlyng Trail, which starts here and leads you through the Paradisbakkerne hills. From the garden you can see Aarsdale Mølle, built in 1877, which serves as a shop and café during the summer. Try the local smokehouse or Mikkeller.
