Welcome to Luna Blu, a spacious coastal escape just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach at Silver Sands, Aldinga Beach. Set across three levels with ocean views, multiple living areas and plenty of room to unwind, it’s an ideal escape for families or groups of friends.


Set across three levels and sleeping up to 8 guests, Luna Blu is made for relaxed getaways with family and friends. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two generous living areas and multiple outdoor spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to come together or spread out and enjoy their own space.

The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Gather around the large dining table, relax in the lounge or open the doors onto the covered beach-facing deck. An entertainer’s window connects the kitchen directly to the deck, making outdoor dining and BBQs easy, with glimpses of the sea adding to the coastal feel.

On the opposite side of this level, a second balcony looks towards the hills, giving you another peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

Upstairs, the private master retreat occupies its own level and features a king bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, TV and ocean outlook.

Downstairs, a second living area with TV creates another comfortable space to unwind. Three bedrooms — one king and two queens, all with built-in wardrobes — open from this area, along with a full family bathroom featuring a shower and corner spa bath, plus a separate laundry.

Outside, enjoy the fully fenced garden and courtyard, outdoor dining, BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. The front garden is also home to Luna Blue’s resident fish pond, adding a little extra character to the property.

With Wi-Fi, TVs on all three levels, heating and cooling, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, parking for four cars and additional free street parking, Luna Blue has everything you need for an easy coastal stay.

Best of all, beautiful Silver Sands Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, with the wineries, restaurants and attractions of the Fleurieu Peninsula and McLaren Vale within easy reach.

Kitchen & dining - The spacious kitchen includes a large island bench with seating, oven and cooktop, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and plenty of preparation and storage space.

The adjoining dining and living area is particularly generous, making it easy for everyone to spend time together.

This living area on the middle level has a gas heater plus a split system.

Living spaces

There are separate living areas across the home, including a lower-level lounge with TV and the large main living/dining space on the middle level.

TVs are available on all three levels, along with Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Outdoor area

The covered outdoor entertaining area includes seating and dining space, a BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven, surrounded by established coastal gardens.

There are also balconies/decks where guests can enjoy the outlook, including views towards the coast and hills.

A separate laundry is located on the lower level and includes:

Parking for 4 cars is available at the property, with additional free street parking nearby.

The back Shed and lock up garage is not available to guests.

Please be considerate of our neighbours and keep outdoor noise to a minimum, particularly in the evening.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

Children must be supervised around stairs, balconies and the fish pond.

Please feed the fish as instructed during your stay.

Only registered guests may stay overnight at the property.

Please leave the home reasonably tidy and place rubbish in the appropriate bins before departure.

Luna Blu is a three-level home with multiple internal and external stairs. Guests need to be comfortable using stairs during their stay, and the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or very young children without close supervision.

Fish pond: There is a small fish pond in the front garden. Guests are kindly asked to feed the fish during their stay using the food and simple instructions provided.

Pizza oven: The outdoor wood-fired pizza oven is available for guest use. As it is an older feature of the property, guests should follow the instructions provided and supervise it at all times while in use.
