With more than 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, the villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Every bedroom includes individual air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep.

The home's architecture embraces its natural surroundings through open-air living spaces, expansive energy-efficient glass, sustainable design elements, and an infinity lap pool overlooking the Pacific.

The Villa

The heart of the property is its seamless indoor-outdoor layout. Large glass doors open the main living areas directly onto the pool terrace, allowing tropical breezes, natural light, and spectacular views to become part of the living experience.

Amenities & Security

The villa is equipped with the essentials for a comfortable extended stay, including wireless internet, smart televisions, ceiling fans, and central air conditioning in every room.

The property is located within a private gated community with 24-hour security. A fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are also provided.

For additional security and property protection, the villa uses smart-home technology, including security cameras positioned at exterior entrances. A privacy-conscious sound-monitoring system is also used to help identify excessive noise or potential disturbances without recording conversations.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa throughout their stay.

For an additional $15 per person, per day, guests aged 18 and older may also enjoy access to the private Playa Azul Beach Club. Beach club access includes use of the pools, restaurants, bars, and private beach area.

Additional services and activities are not included in the nightly rental price and must be paid for separately before the service is provided. A 15% gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated.

The surrounding community sits within the Ostional Wildlife Refuge, an environmentally protected region known for its olive ridley sea turtle nesting activity. The setting combines privacy and seclusion with convenient access to beaches, restaurants, and the amenities of the greater Nosara area.

From the hillside, guests can enjoy sweeping views toward the Pacific Ocean while remaining immersed in the surrounding tropical landscape.

The Pacific coastline surrounding the villa offers a variety of beaches and activities.

The area's warm waters (80+ degrees year round) and diverse coastline make it possible to enjoy swimming, bodyboarding, boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and simply relaxing beside the ocean.

Popular nearby destinations include San Juanillo, Ostional, Playa Guiones, and Playa Marbella.

Getting Around

Because the villa is located in a secluded jungle setting, a vehicle is strongly recommended. A 4x4 SUV is particularly well suited to the area's roads and terrain.

Our local management team can assist with transportation arrangements and coordinate delivery of a suitable rental vehicle directly to the villa.

We also recommend arranging a private airport transfer from Liberia International Airport for a comfortable arrival. Preferred transportation can be coordinated through our local partners. From Liberia Airport (LIR) - $180 (1-4 people), +$10 per extra guest. This is for one way.

Because of the size of the property and the detailed preparation required between reservations, our professional housekeeping team needs sufficient time to complete cleaning and inspection before the arrival of the next guests.

Our Leave-No-Trace Policy

We ask every guest to treat the property and its surroundings with care.

A deep cleaning is not expected from guests, but the villa should be left reasonably tidy at departure. This includes properly disposing of garbage, recycling, and compost; cleaning and returning cookware to its original location; placing used dishes and glassware in the dishwasher; and returning furniture, linens, and towels to their appropriate places.

Following these simple guidelines helps us maintain the property to a high standard and ensures that future guests can enjoy the same experience.

Guest Code of Conduct

Because the villa is located within a private community and environmentally sensitive area, all guests are expected to act respectfully toward the property, neighbors, local community, and surrounding environment.

The complete Guest Code of Conduct is included in the rental agreement and is available for review before booking. The primary guest must acknowledge and agree to these requirements within seven days of making a reservation.

Our goal is not simply to establish rules, but to create clear expectations so that everyone can enjoy a respectful, relaxing, and authentic Costa Rican experience.
