We were a group of 9 people staying for 5 days. The home was roomy and comfortable, with plenty of different areas to be secluded, or all be together! The property was quiet and beautiful, with easy access to use the kayaks provided. The large kitchen table was great for playing games/cards, and the open concept of that area into the living room was appreciated. We saw a bear and a deer roaming the neighborhood! Had a few concerns that were addressed quickly by the host. Definitely would consider returning to Kayak Cove!

This by far has been the best experience I’ve ever had renting a house on Winnipesaukee! The house is so charming in a nice peaceful cove. The host was great at communication and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend this property and I would gladly rent it again next summer!

Wonderful home for our NH wedding visit. 4 bedrooms upstairs, a main floor with no bedrooms and then 1 bedroom downstairs. Plus two kitchens, 2 living spaces and plenty of space for our large family to spread out...both indoors and outdoors. The kayaks and hottub were wonderful. Board games and books available. The kitchen had all essentials. I highly recommend this lovely home for your family vaca!

An incredible stay at this amazing lakefront house. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and located on both on a quiet street and on a peaceful cove. The setting was stunning—ducks and loons passing right in front of the house. There was plenty of space for the whole family to spread out, relax and enjoy. The house was super comfortable and functional. We felt like we were visiting friend and not at a rental. It is clear that much care has been taken to make guests feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything a cook could need. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay, and we had no complaints during our entire trip. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat by the lake. Will not hesitate to stay again.
