Guests may request The Villages Temporary Resident/Lifestyle IDs for access to eligible resident amenities, including recreation centers, pools, activities, and golf privileges.

The fee is $50 per household, paid directly to The Villages at pickup and separate from your rental charges.

How to request your IDs:

Find your Reservation ID in your booking confirmation.

Visit Getting Ready for Your Stay and complete the Temporary Resident ID request.

Provide accurate, unique information for each applicant. Names and permanent addresses must match the identification presented at pickup.

AJ Home Rentals submits the completed request on your behalf and provides pickup instructions.

Bring your government-issued photo ID and the required payment when collecting your IDs.

Eligible Temporary Resident ID holders receive resident golf privileges, including executive-course green fees covered by those privileges. Golf-cart trail fees apply separately, and championship courses carry additional charges. Tee times, eligibility, and community rules apply.

Temporary Resident/Lifestyle IDs are different from guest passes issued for visitors. Fees and access policies are subject to change by The Villages.

🛺 GOLF CART DISCLOSURE

The homeowner-provided golf cart is a complimentary amenity. Guests must complete AJ Home Rentals’ golf-cart waiver before use. Drivers must be licensed and 21 years of age or older, follow applicable Florida laws and The Villages rules, and use seat belts. Passengers must remain seated, and occupancy may not exceed two people.

Use is at the guest’s own risk and subject to the signed waiver. Guests are responsible for proper care and any damage caused during use. Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, mechanical issues, repairs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or rental credits are provided for golf-cart unavailability.

COMMUNITY DISCLOSURE

At least one person staying at the property must be 55 years of age or older. No commercial vehicles are allowed.

Cats are not permitted in any of our properties under any circumstance unless explicitly authorized in writing prior to arrival.

Unauthorized cats in the property may result in:

Additional charges for damages, odors, or excessive cleaning requirements

Some homes may be designated as dog-friendly. Approval is required prior to booking or arrival.
