Our guests have access to the building's common areas, including:

. Paid parking run by a third-party company on the 1st basement level, with direct access to the elevators
. Vendfy mini market, package lockers and luggage storage
Parking can be paid by the hour or by period, at affordable rates.
Other Things to Note:
A maximum of 2 visitors per day is allowed, and visitors may not stay overnight in the studio.
Access to the building is authorized by the hosts upon advance submission of photos of official ID documents for all guests and visitors, regardless of any documents the guest may have already sent to verify their identity with the platform.
