The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned house in Rivière-Salée for rent. It has a floor area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
All the rooms in the house are on one level.
The property is laid out as follows:
– A 30 m² living room with a sofa, armchairs, a TV and a dining area.
– A fully equipped kitchen including: an oven, a microwave, a hob, a washing machine…
– Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190).
– A bathroom with a shower and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional items: a cot, a fan, an iron and an ironing board.
Outdoors:
– An enclosed, private garden of approximately 700 m² with a terrace of around 50 m² overlooking a sheltered area with ‘ranch views’ (horses, goats and the ocean on the horizon). Garden furniture provided.
Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The house is ideally situated in Rivière-Salée, in a very quiet residential neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Things to do: Ranch Trenelle for horse riding, the Bois Vatable and the pottery museum in Trois-Îlets, a cinema, the Mango Fils treetop adventure park, water sports, a casino, bars and restaurants in Trois-Îlets, and just 10 minutes from the beaches.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (space for 2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– A car is essential.
– Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport is 20 minutes away.

– Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
