The mezzanine level is not a full-height floor, so headroom is limited in parts of the space. Access to the mezzanine is via a narrow spiral staircase, which guests must be comfortable using. Due to the spiral staircase, the property is not suitable for children.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double-sized bed, plus a double sofa bed in the living area, making it suitable for up to five guests. There is a modern bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate WC. The apartment is arranged over a ground-floor mezzanine level, offering a distinctive layout and an easy connection between the living spaces.
