Guests have the full home to themselves, plus access to the building's shared amenities: the outdoor pool and sundeck, the fitness center and the elevator. Entry is through a private entrance into the building. Secured on-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee and must be requested in advance, subject to availability; an EV charger is available on site. Luggage drop-off is allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Full arrival instructions are shared after your booking is confirmed.



The Neighborhood:

You're in Sunset Harbour / West Ave, one of South Beach's most walkable and livable pockets. South Beach and the sand are about a 10-minute walk east. Lincoln Road and the Sunset Harbour shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk — locals here get by without a car.



For food and coffee within easy reach: Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali for pizza and Sardinia for Italian are neighborhood favorites, while Panther Coffee and Pura Vida handle the morning cup. Stocking the kitchen is simple with Trader Joe's and Fresh Market both on West Ave, an easy walk away.



Beyond the immediate blocks, you're close to the wider draws of Miami Beach — Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and the Art Deco District are all part of the same South Beach playground.



Getting Around:

This is a walkable, car-optional part of South Beach: Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour, grocery stores, coffee and restaurants are all a 5-minute walk, and the beach is about 10 minutes on foot. If you drive, there's secured on-site garage parking for a nightly fee (request in advance). A car is handy for exploring greater Miami — Wynwood, Brickell and downtown — but not needed for day-to-day life here. Miami International Airport is a straightforward drive across the causeway.
