Off-street parking for one vehicle is available in front of the garage. Please note that extra-tall vehicles won't clear the overhang in front of the garage, so those guests will need to use street parking instead.

Guests will have access to the downstairs studio of the townhome and back patio.

The home is in the lively Capitol Hill neighborhood, where there's always something happening. As in any city, please stay aware of your surroundings and keep your vehicle locked. The studio itself faces the back patio, which is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, with the soothing sound of a nearby waterfall.

There's a tenant living upstairs who travels often, but you may occasionally hear some noise when they're home.

The studio doesn't have a TV or air conditioning, and the window coverings filter light rather than fully blocking it, so light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask.
